Registration fees include: 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches, coffee breaks with snacks, one dinner on the conference site, and the Conference Banquet. Each registrant will also receive Micron and Ultramicroscopy special issues of the conference proceedings.

Cancellations:

Requests for cancellation must be received in writing to delsey@mcmaster.ca.  All cancellations are subject to a minumum $40 processing charge.

Prior to March 15, 2009 - 100% of registration fee (minus $40 processing charge)
Between March 15 and May 1, 2009 - 50% of registration fee
After May 1, 2009 - No refund on registration fee

Accommodation:

We strongly recommend you to use the site accommodation at the Banff Centre since excellent rates have been negotiated and meals are included in the rate and can be reserved through the EDGE2009 website.
