Welcome New Employee – Ramya Cuduvally Manohar

A note from Ramya: I obtained my Ph.D. in physics from KU Leuven/IMEC (Belgium), where my project involved the investigation of the reliability of atom probe tomography for semiconductor materials/devices and the development of methods to correct for the quantitative inaccuracies observed. My research interests include semiconductor technology, metrology and device physics. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, badminton, movies and board games.
